Beauty Essentials by Gi LLC values your business and asks that you respect the salons scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who NO CALL/NO SHOW without any notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment and I do not have enough time to perform the service, the service will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule. HAIR GROWTH REQUIREMENT: For the best waxing results, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). This typically means allowing hair to grow for at least 3-4 weeks before your appointment. If your hair is too short, we may not be able to proceed with the service, and your deposit will not be refunded. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your service total. If you cancel your appointment, fail to show up, or arrive with hair too short for waxing, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are TRANSFERABLE if you cannot make your appointment & need to reschedule. It will be transferred over to your next appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies.
